I don't go too deep on the science or the whys. I explain what normal is, why how you're feeling isn't normal and get you into the daily actions of what will heal your symptoms to get you feeling amazing again.


How long will it take before I start to feel better?

Every woman's body is a little bit different and while I'd love to tell you it'll be 10 days or 60 days until you start to notice a big shift in how you're feeling, no two people heal the exact same way. The reality is that these foundations always need to be addressed, even if imperfectly! Both life... and progress... have twists and turns but we do need to understand the importance of the foundational tools that support our health so that when the twists of life come, we are able to quickly act to support our body.

Some women find that they need additional support, accountability and even a deeper dive into what's going on with their health after spending some time consistently working on their foundations.
I offer 1:1 testing, analysis and healing protocol based packages in my practice for those that are still struggling.
