About Me! Who Am I?

Hey! I’m Dana, CEO and Founder of Constantly Varied Nutrition & The Balanced Life Method! I’m a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner and Hormone and Mindset Specialist who owns multiple businesses all while trying to be the best wife and mama I can be.

After having a transformation of my own, I got into Holistic Nutrition and Life Coaching to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves, but along the way I made myself the least healthy version possible through extreme dieting and over exercise.

I thought my health journey was finished when I lost the weight, but that was truly just the beginning. It was by hitting rock bottom in my own personal health that I was able to see why some clients saw results and others didn’t. Through shifting my own habits, harnessing my own stress and taking control of my own thoughts I’ve helped 200+ ambitious career- driven individuals do the same so they can lose the weight for good too!
